Hotel & Restaurant Zur Goldenen Sonne – Quedlinburg

The following applies in the hotel sector:

  • On arrival (Check IN), private travelers * must present:
    • proof of Covid-19 recovery, not more than 6 months ago or
    • proof of the 2-time Covid-19 vaccination at least 14 days ago or
    • a current Covid-19 test (PCR test not older than 48 hours or rapid antigen test not older than 24 hours) from an approved test center / provider with information about the non-infection
    • Children and adolescents up to the age of 18 are exempt from the obligation to test.
  • In the hotel, it is mandatory to wear a medical mouth / nose protection or an FFP2 mask.
  • The disinfectant dispensers provided are to be used by all guests when entering the house.

* Business travelers are exempt from this rule.

 

The following applies in the restaurant area:

  • The disinfectant dispensers provided are to be used by all guests when entering the house.
  • On the way to and from the table, it is compulsory to wear a medical mouth / nose protection or an FFP2 mask.
  • Every guest is obliged to register using the QR code at the entrance area.
  • Each guest has to maintain a safety distance of 1.5 meters from other guests.
  • In outdoor catering (courtyard garden) it is not necessary to prove a test, recovery or vaccination.
  • In the indoor catering (lobby, restaurant, Mathilde, club room & ballroom) the following must be presented:
    • proof of Covid-19 recovery, not more than 6 months ago or
    • proof of the 2-time Covid-19 vaccination that was at least 14 days ago or
    • a current Covid-19 test (PCR test not older than 48 hours or rapid antigen test not older than 24 hours) from an approved test center / provider with information about the non-infection
    • Children and adolescents up to the age of 18 are exempt from the obligation to test.
 

 

This is how we protect our guests:

  • The rooms are cleaned and ventilated in the absence of guests.
  • You have the option of doing without housekeeping. Our chambermaids will then not enter your room during your stay. On request, however, fresh towels can be brought to your room at any time. Please inform the reception of your choice upon check-in.
  • After departure, we disinfect each room and ventilate it extensively.
  • In the restaurant area, the tables are cleaned and disinfected after each guest.
  • All public rooms and hotel corridors are disinfected daily.
  • We do not use any unnecessary items in the rooms or on the restaurant tables. Please let us know if you need anything.

According to state regulations, all restrictions and safety measures for staying in the hotel and restaurant will be lifted from April 3rd, 2022.

For reasons of mutual consideration, we continue to recommend that our guests wear a mouth and nose protector.

Since the 4th of March 2022 the 3G rules will apply in our hotel and restaurant!
